格倫跟聯盟不一樣。

格倫原先就混雜人群組建起來的國家，靠搶靠打才建立出來的政權，沒有什麼文化傳承，也沒有什麼歷史遺珠，各地區之間連教育都不能協同。

文化差異大，地域差異大，貧富差距也大，社會矛盾嚴重。整天想獨立想的比統一多多了，尤其是十六區這種祥和平靜的地方，他們根本無法理解聯盟那種堅持大一統的思想。
